The four lines of the poem are nearly identical to those of the first stanza. Aside from a difference in punctuation, the major change is from "Could" to "Dare," which seems to suggest that whoever made the tyger does indeed have the ability, at least, to create such a thing. However, he may not have the courage, the simple guts.
