An Associate Professor of English at Wake Forest University, Anne Boyle is the Director of Lower Division Studies in English and teaches writing, American Literature, and Women's Studies.

Patricia Rigg specialises in nineteenth-century literature at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. She has published articles on literature and computer-related pedagogy, as well as a book on Robert Browning. Acadia University is the first "laptop" university in Canada, and Patricia Rigg has been involved in the laptop program from the beginning of the initiative, three years ago.
