Dr. Sissel Guttormsen Schär is a researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH; IHA), where she leads the research group "Man-Machine Interaction". Her activities concern research and development in the field of software ergonomics, cognitive engineering, computer aided learning and multimedia. Samuel Schluep is a research scientist at the Institute of Hygiene and Applied Physiology (IHA) of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich (ETH). He studied electrical engineering with specialisation on communications technology. Dr. Christoph Schierz leads the research group "Environmental Ergonomics" at the Institute for Hygiene and Applied Physiology of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) as a senior assistant. His special area of research interests is the influence of physical parameters as lighting, electromagnetic fields and noise on human health and well-being. Prof. Dr. Dr. Helmut Krueger is the director of the Institute of Hygiene and Applied Physiology at ETH, IHA. As a professor for ergonomics he is responsible for research and teaching in various subjects related to ergonomics: perception, the physiology of perception, software- and cognitive- ergonomics, physiology, occupational health.
