José M Vidal
is an assistant professor at the University of South
Carolina. His research interests include multiagent systems, agent-based
software engineering, complex adaptive systems, and distributed systems.
His experience includes the design and development of an Internet-wide
digital library, tools for automatic website creation, and agent simulators
for military and research purposes. He has a PhD. from the University
of Michigan and a BSE from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,
both in Computer Science and Engineering.

Paul Buhler is an instructor at the College of Charleston where he specializes
in teaching software engineering. His research interests include component-based
and agent-oriented software engineering, web service orchestration and
the semantic web. He holds a MS in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins
University and is a PhD candidate at the University of South Carolina.
