| In this exercise, the students are attempting to observe and explain the effects of reduced bit depth by looking at the spectral view of a sound wave. They have a little trouble, at one point, confusing undersampling with lowered bit depth. They manage to talk through this confusion and begin to understand the concept of dynamic range as related to bit depth. |
