Olbrich is a research staff member at the Regional Computing
Center for Lower Saxony (RRZN) at the University of Hanover. He received
his doctoral degree in 2000. Since 2002 he lectures on scientific visualization.
His interests are multimedia communication and distributed virtual
reality systems.
