Cynthia J. Alexander is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Acadia University. She is the author of numerous articles and chapters on ICT and party politics, medical expert systems, computerization of social welfare government departments, and federal government ICT strategies.

Marshall Conley is a Professor of Political Science at Acadia University. He is the author of over 100 professional papers and publications. He, along with Cynthia Alexander and Carolyn Watters, created The Digital Agora, a web-based interactive, collaborative learning environment.

Carolyn Watters is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Computer Science at Dalhousie University. Her research areas are in hypertext, collaborative models using the web, and usability.
