        University. She is the author of numerous articles and chapters on ICT 
        and party politics, medical expert systems, computerization of social 
        welfare government departments, and federal government ICT strategies.

        Conley is a Professor of Political Science at Acadia University. He is 
        the author of over 100 professional papers and publications. He, along 
        with Cynthia Alexander and Carolyn Watters, created The Digital Agora, 
        a web-based interactive, collaborative learning environment.
