Yea-Ru Chuang is Associate Professor in the Department of Information Management at the Fu-Jen Catholic University at Taipei, Taiwan. She received her Ph.D. from Iowa State University at Ames in 1988. Currently, her research interest foucses on the evaluation of virtual classrooms.
