Dr. Matthew J. Koehler is assistant professor of Technology and Education in the department of Learning Technology and Culture at Michigan State University. He has a dual major undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Ph.D. In Educational Psychology. His research focuses on the intersection of cognitive psychology, the study of teaching and learning, and the research and application of technology. Dr. Punyashloke Mishra is assistant professor of Technology and Education in the department of Learning Technology and Culture and a Research Associate with the Media Interface and Network Design (MIND) Lab, Michigan State University. He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, masters' degrees in Visual and Mass Communications, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. His research has focused on the psychological, and social aspects related to the design and use of computer based learning environments.
